We have a two call onboarding and tech set-up process. On the first call we set up all the tech that gets you going and train your Agent. Once we have phone carrier approval which usually takes a couple of days, we have the second call, where we show you how to use everything.
Also, we scan your website to train Ava right away. Then, you just confirm your data, add any FAQs or messaging preferences, and you're all set.
